The system requirements for this application provided exceptional Hardware and Software
challenges. While the business logic is fairly complex and the auditing is both
involved and meticulous, the major challenge in implementing the system was the
sheer scope of the data management requirement. Each field in each record submitted
must be audited multiple times to ensure provider compliance with accreditation
reporting requirements. The audits are performed by a suite of server-side applications
that handle auditing, reporting, and automated notifications.

Residing on its own dedicated server in the secure, High Availability Network Operations
Center of CE3000.Com, with ample hardware resources, bandwidth resources, and Sql
Server database support, the system also has features that allow Reviewer collaboration
during the course review and approval process and offers facilities for data transfer
from its providers using multiple methodologies, employed by the provider based
on need, level of sophistication, and amount of data, which can consist of a few,
to tens of thousands of course completion records in a single session.
Also included in the system is a suite of test tools allowing providers to test
and validate their Xml data on the server, prior to submitting their reports to
the system. Included are tools for Xml Schema Validation data format validation
and audit assistance.
