Mark Sheldon has been a Software Developer in Northern California since 1987, and a Web Developer since 1996. He has been either the lead or sole developer on projects ranging from Enterprise Systems for Corporate Clients, Banks, and the State of California, to systems for small businesses and non-profit organizations. In addition to his private consulting, he is currently the Chief Technology Officer for CE3000.Com and Chief Programmer for NationalEdOnline.

He has worked with the Microsoft .Net platform since mid 2001 and adopted it as his primary development platform on its final release of version 1.0. His most recent projects have been in the area of Learning Management Systems and Professional Continuing Education Accreditation Management Systems.

In his free time he enjoys jumping his horse, Photography, and is also the Principal Horn of the Folsom Symphony Orchestra.
